My wife and I own a 2016 Ram truck. Recently while 300 miles from home the water pump went out and stranded us in the middle of nowhere.
The closest dealership was closed. Since it would be three days before service I had to have an outside garage install a part and a tow service had to be used. Ram refused to fully reimburse even though part was on recall and no Ram shop was available.
The sales contact was rigid and non-personable. Ram has now lost a life long customer over a few dollars, and the non-ability to make a decision based on unusual circumstances
